WHO DO WE HELP?

WHO DO WE HELP?

Babies

During a chiropractic check up, we assess your baby’s spine related to their stage of growth and development. We take an orientation towards natural, conservative care. We gently assess and adjust babies as indicated to help their spine and nervous system function as well as possible, helping them grow and thrive in a stressful world!

Kids

We love making sure kids get the best start to life so that they become healthy, vibrant adults. When the spine is moving as it should, the brain is properly stimulated to work the best, and that means better coordination, better awareness of our body and environment, and better able to adapt to the demands of life. We love chatting about posture, screen time, and social connections to help our kids thrive.

Athletes

Chiropractic is well aligned with the sports and fitness world, allowing athletes to improve their performance and recover from injury faster. Elite athletes in almost every major sporting code, as well as the Olympics, utilise chiropractic care, especially as new research shows how chiropractic is helpful to improve power and control of large muscles groups, and help improve balance and coordination/special awareness around joints.

Pregnancy

Chiropractic may play a pivotal role in your journey through pregnancy, with a focus on helping your pelvic joints move properly, having a positive effect on postural changes, and allowing your body to control and coordinate pelvic floor and core muscles to have the most ideal birth experience.  Ask us how we can help you and your bub have the best experience!

Elderly

Chiropractic care is a very safe and gentle form of natural healthcare for all ages, the elderly in particular benefit from good spinal alignment. Not only can poor spinal alignment create pain and wear and tear on the joints of the spine and body, but research shows that spinal alignment affects balance. Our focus with our elderly patients is keeping them moving and feeling well.
